Gatekeeper and MCU registration is based upon two keys:

• Your Cal Poly email address, such as: jsmith@calpoly.edu
• and Your Cal Poly office phone number.

Your keys submitted below must also be used in configuring your desktop video appliance. The keys on the Gatekeeper and VC system must match for access to the Gatekeeper. You must also have submitted a 'ViaVideo' Pinhole request @ my.calpoly.edu for your IP address. This form will be sent to Pete for approval, and an instructional email will then be sent to you to configure your system. Please allow two working days.
