Access to a room's audio/visual system is normally unavailable outside scheduled class hours unless prearranged through MDS. |
Access to a room's audio/visual system is normally unavailable outside scheduled class hours unless prearranged through MDS. Use of a room's installed computers is not included with the standard access, but is available for a fee. This includes PC-based DVD players and internet browsers. |

MDS provides On-Call assistance with the audio/visual systems:
8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday-Thursday,
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Fridays, for the following rooms:
02-013, 03-213, 10-124, 10-126, 34-227, 34-228.
No weekend or holiday assistance is available |
On-call support is only available for non-functioning equipment during standard MDS staffed hours. A technician can be available in the room just prior to the event or as a system facilitator if arrangements are made with MDS at least 24-hours in advance. |
